Cedar Shingles - KKE Architects

These are the premium grade of shingles suitable for high-end roofs and wall cladding applications. Western Red Cedar shingles offer a fantastic alternative to traditional roof and wall tiles due to their durability, attractive appearance, outstanding insulation properties and ease of installation.

Used for hundreds of years, Western Red Cedar shingles have proven their durability in all kinds of climates. They can be used to create individual buildings, whether traditional or modern, and their rich, warm colour and texture blend beautifully in any natural environment. The natural effects of ageing and weathering give shingles and shakes an attractive silvery grey colour over time.

Suitable for commercial and residential projects alike, shingles and shakes provide an outstanding natural option for roofing and cladding. Always specify Certigrade™ No.1 Grade (Blue Label) Western Red Cedar Shingles to ensure product quality, correct grading and consistency.

The warmth and beauty of natural cedar goes beyond enhancing the appearance of your home. It reflects pride of ownership and, most importantly, it shows an intelligent sense of value.

Are all Blue Label Shingles the same?

Cedar Shingles Certigrade Logo

No. Just because the product has a blue-coloured label, it doesn’t always mean it is actually Certi-label™. For quality assurance, always use Certigrade™ shingles. Certi-label™ Western Red Cedar Shingles & Shakes are inspected by legitimate, third party agencies, accredited by the Cedar Shake & Shingle Bureau, ensuring quality and consistency from bundle to bundle.

Asking for "the blue label" or "number one blue label" is not specific enough. To avoid loose packs, defects, flat grain, inconsistent quality and more, always specify Certigrade™ No. 1 Grade (Blue Label) Western Red Cedar Shingles.
