Available in three sizes, these rubber spacers are ideal for compensating in small differences in height when constructing timber decks or garden buildings over a solid surface. They are designed to keep the timber frame off the ground and allow air to circulate, thus reducing the possibility of the timber components standing in water. The rubber base pads also minimise moisture absorption into the timber substructure from the foundation, helping to prolong the life of the timber components.
