CVG is prized for its beautiful fine grained appearance and dimensional stability. It is produced using only the highest quality wood fibre, so you can be assured that you are buying the very best CVG Western Red Cedar, grown in the British Columbia coastal region.
This V-Joint cladding is produced for Silva by Terminal Forest Products, a Canadian primary sawmill and manufacturer with an unparalleled international reputation for superior Western Red Cedar products.

This cladding is kiln dried to a moisture content of 16-18% (+/-2%), the optimal moisture content for external cladding in the UK. Among its many benefits over air drying, the kiln drying process enables the boards to dry uniformly to achieve optimum dimensional stability. It also enables immediate application of coatings and minimises site acclimatisation. Read more about the benefits of kiln drying.
This V-Joint cladding is planed smooth on one side with a SAWtex® textured surface on the other face.
