Winkler One - Liquid Roof Coating

At a Glance

• Waterproof liquid roof coating can be applied onto wet surfaces and in extreme temperatures (0°C up to 45°C).

Surface Preparation

• Thoroughly clean the substrate to be treated to remove dirt, dust, loose materials and any form of oil or grease before use.
• Fill any holes (from 2 to 20mm) in the surface with Winkler Pre-One, a quick-setting premixed product that can also be applied at low temperatures (0°C) and in humid conditions.
• Allow the Pre-One formulation to dry for at least 12 hours before applying Winkler One.
• Level floors with irregularities (from 1 to 20mm) using Winlivel Rapid, a quick-drying self-levelling compound.
• To make a new screed, use Winplan 370, a quick-drying screed or Winplan Pro, a quick-drying screed with low water absorption.
• For applications over modified bituminous membranes, a period of at least 180 days of oxidation is needed.

Application

• The Winkler One product is ready to use so, DO NOT dilute.
• A primer is not required.
• Mix the product thoroughly before use.
• Apply with a short-pile roller, flat brush, metal spatula or airless spray gun (Larius series: Zeus, Dragon, Thor).

The product, when fully cured, is resistant to wear by high volume footfall and, thanks to its mechanical resistance, on rigid substrates (concrete and tiles), allows for the placement of chairs and tables.

Without Wintechno Mat

1.5 kg/m²  collective consumption, corresponding to final dry thickness of 1 mm

With Wintechno Mat reinforcement

1.7 kg/m2 collective consumption above and below Wintechno Mat.

Storage

This product has a shelf life of 12 months when stored in a dry, protected place with its packaging intact. It is not frost-proof and must be stored at temperatures between + 5°C and + 35°C.
