Winkler One Vertical - Waterproofing Membrane

• Waterproof liquid coating can be applied onto wet surfaces and in extreme temperatures (0°C up to 45°C).

Surface Preparation

• Thoroughly clean the substrate to be treated to remove dirt, dust, loose materials and any form of oil or grease before use.
• Fill any holes (from 2 to 20mm) in the surface with Winkler Pre-One, a quick-setting premixed product that can also be applied at low temperatures (0°C) and in humid conditions.
• Allow the Pre-One formulation to dry for at least 12 hours before applying Winkler One.

Application

• The Winkler One Vertical product is ready to use. DO NOT dilute.
• A primer is not required.
• Mix the product thoroughly before use.
• Apply with a metal putty knife (even surfaces), short-pile roller, flat brush, metal spatula or airless spray gun (Larius series: Zeus, Dragon, Thor).
• Apply in a single coat, covering the substrate completely ensuring no gaps are left.
• Clean tools with methylated spirits, removing any dried deposits manually beforehand.
• For surface cleaning, use a solution of 1:1 ration water / methylated spirits.

Suitable For Use On

Vertical walls of the following construction:

• Plaster.
• Concrete.
• Brick.
• Fibre cement.
• Metal and ceramic coatings (even those with permanent problems of excess damp).

Consumption

300 - 400g/m² for a single coat.

Storage

This product has a shelf life of 12 months when stored in a dry, protected place with its packaging intact. It is not frost-proof and must be stored at temperatures between + 5°C and + 35°C.
